Taskforce

The Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Women’s Taskforce (ACGWT) is a group of women from the Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn who will work together to support and promote women in the local Catholic Church. Our website is regularly updated with our activities.

The beautiful logo in purple, green and antique white, featuring a water jar, cross and the Spirit was created by graphic designer Geralyn Anderson. Purple and green are the international women’s colours.

National park

The Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn encompasses six Aboriginal language groups: Wiradjuri, Walgalu, Gundungurra, Ngunnawal, Ngarigo and Yuin.
We acknowledge the Traditional owners upon whose land the Archdiocese is located and honour their spiritual heritage.
